This robust optical camera sorter (year of manufacture 2004) is a practical and reliable solution for pre-sorting and processing carrots. The machine uses camera-based optical detection to automatically recognize and accurately remove discolorations, damages and foreign parts via pneumatic air ejectors. Thanks to PLC/HMI control with recipe settings, the grader is easy to set up for different lots and product specifications, making it ideal as a pre-sorter or first quality selection in an existing processing line. By means of the pre-shredder, the product is evenly distributed towards the optical grader. With approximately 12 kW of power, a compressed air requirement of up to 6 bar and a water connection of 1-3 bar, this machine is suitable for continuous use in professional production environments and easy to integrate into existing sorting or packaging lines.

Deze robuuste optische camerasorteerder (bouwjaar 2004) is een praktische en betrouwbare oplossing voor het voorsorteren en verwerken van wortelen. De machine maakt gebruik van camera-gebaseerde optische detectie om verkleuringen, beschadigingen en vreemde delen automatisch te herkennen en via pneumatische luchtuitwerpers nauwkeurig te verwijderen. Dankzij de PLC/HMI-besturing met receptinstellingen is de sorteerder eenvoudig in te stellen voor verschillende partijen en productspecificaties, en daardoor ideaal als voorsorteerder of eerste kwaliteitsselectie in een bestaande verwerkingslijn. Door middel van de voortriller wordt het product gelijkmatig verdeeld richting de optische sorteerder. Met circa 12 kW vermogen, een persluchtbehoefte tot 6 bar en een wateraansluiting van 1–3 bar is deze machine geschikt voor continu gebruik in professionele productieomgevingen en eenvoudig te integreren in bestaande sorteer- of verpakkingslijnen.
